built sunshine.fm/journal/ in one session — a timestamped build log covering two and a half years of work. 241 entries pulled from three sources: 79 newsletters via beehiiv csv export, 120 intelligence briefs from aicv's /dist/briefs/ directory, 40 community events hardcoded from luma. all merged, sorted reverse-chronological, grouped by month. back to june 2024.
full seo and agent architecture built in: person schema json-ld with founding dates, tedx credential, king.com exit, september 2023 origin story. blogging schema on every entry page. agent-context comment blocks in every <head>. llms.txt updated. sitemap updated. nav consistent and fully clickable across homepage and journal. square avatar with text wrap. masthead manifesto line restyled from whisper to statement.
