aicv crawler infrastructure, schema, and homepage ux

seven commits to aicoachellavalley.com focused on making the site legible to crawlers and agents. /nodes/ and /briefs/ index pages built for google crawlability — grouped by city and month respectively. individual node and brief slug pages got consistent nav, back links, and unified footers — no more dead ends anywhere on the site.

schema upgraded across the board: localbusiness/organization markup on all 64 nodes, newsarticle schema on all 120 briefs — both with areaserved: coachella valley so google and agents understand the geographic authority. sitemap.xml now live at 189 urls. homepage reordered — stats panel and aio tool now lead above the fold.
