Anthropic updated Claude Design today, and the changes mostly help people who aren't designers. Claude Design builds slide decks, landing pages, and one-pagers from a description — you say what you want, it draws the design on a canvas next to the chat. As of today you can edit that design by hand, export it to PowerPoint or PDF, and pass it to Claude Code to turn into a working web page.
It's been out since the spring and runs on any paid Claude plan. Set it up on your brand once, and everything it makes after that stays in your colors and fonts.
For a small business owner or founder here: a pitch deck or a client one-pager used to mean paying a freelancer or wrestling with Canva. Now you describe it and get a first draft in minutes. It costs money, and the first pass still needs your eye — it can wander off your own brand. But if you've been paying for this kind of work, or skipping it because you couldn't, the cost just fell hard.
