Terminology standardized, machine-readable summaries expanded, and explicit AI crawler permissions added across aicoachellavalley.com, aicoachellavalley.org, and aicv.co.
"Intelligence Layer" had been used inconsistently across all three properties. The correct public-facing term is "Intelligence Network" — the layer terminology is reserved for technical/machine-readable contexts only. Twenty-one instances were corrected on aicoachellavalley.org across nav (desktop and mobile), JSON-LD schema, FAQ answers, program cards, founder bio, and footer. The aicoachellavalley GitHub org description was also updated via the gh CLI.
The .org llms.txt was completely rewritten. The old version described only a workshop program. The new version opens with AICV's two-property structure, states the thesis explicitly, covers all three program areas (Intelligence Network live, AI Builder Workshops paused, AI Talent Job Board planned), and cross-links to the .com JSON endpoints. robots.txt expanded from a minimal wildcard to explicit named entries for every major AI crawler — GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, Claude-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, Googlebot, BingBot — with content signal headers.
An "About the Intelligence Network" section was added to the .org homepage explaining the two-property structure, why aicoachellavalley.com exists separately, and what the Agent Ready program delivers. All dateModified fields in JSON-LD updated to current.
The llms.txt.ts endpoint was updated — terminology corrected throughout, a Nonprofit and Community Mission section added covering fiscal sponsorship, program status, and cross-link to the .org. The get-agent-ready.astro WebPage JSON-LD description and dateModified were corrected. Both changes deployed automatically via Cloudflare Pages on push to main.
The Schema.org Person block was tightened: jobTitle expanded to include both orgs, homeLocation added (Palm Desert, CA), aicoachellavalley.org added to the affiliation array alongside .com and SunshineFM, SunshineFM description corrected to "everything app" language. Both the YouTube TEDx talk URL and tedxranchomirage.com added to sameAs. A <link rel="alternate" type="text/plain" href="/llms.txt"> tag added to the head for automatic crawler discovery.
