A placeholder five-step framework on the CV Independent AI Policy blog post got swapped out for the AICV AI Playbook — pulled straight from a newsletter that already did the work.
The CV Independent AI Policy post had been sitting with a generic placeholder framework. The actual playbook had already been written and shipped in the "what's up with the banana?" newsletter — five steps, voice already there. The move was to lift those five steps, reformat into the blog's voice, and drop them in. One surgical str_replace on blog/cv-independent-ai-policy.html. The bridging paragraph between intro and framework got pulled at the same time — it had been load-bearing for the placeholder and stopped making sense once the real steps landed.
For the record, the AICV AI Playbook in its current form: commit and communicate, build the council, map reality, write the playbook, continuous everything. That sequence is the spine the post now rests on.
