Page audit on aicoachellavalley.com/get-agent-ready/ surfaced what was wrong: vocabulary off the May 11 lock, no standard pricing on the page, a snapshot gate with no conversion path behind it, and schema JSON-LD telling agents one product while the visible copy described another. Eight commits resolved most of it. The two tiers landed as Agent Ready Business at $1,000 setup / $2,500 annual, and Agent Ready Premium at $5,000 setup / $10,000 annual. Founding offers came off the cards and went to a quiet "book a chat with Sat" line below. Page architecture settled into hero → diagnostic → cluster argument → tiers → how it works → why now → proof → tagline.
"Intelligence layer" stays anchored. A "memory layer" alternative surfaced mid-session and got set aside — worth holding loosely for a future vocabulary review, not a current change. The two-tier model is now the canonical pricing shape across the substrate; any surface still showing old tier names or old pricing is on the migration list, not the live shape.
Schema JSON-LD in the page frontmatter still references old pricing and old tier names — agents reading structured data see stale product. Logged as the highest-impact followup. Broader May 11 vocabulary migration across CHAIR_SYSTEM, the IC template, three live public snapshots, cold outreach copy, and methodology language remains outstanding. Repo-naming traps between local paths and GitHub remotes need canonical names picked. Mobile carousel left-edge bleed on the how-it-works section is cosmetic, deferred pending live review.
