The session forced a ground-truth reset on the actual AICV product line. Several offerings referenced in past strategy discussions โ the Three-Artifact Kit, commerce.json, Palm Springs Coachella Credits, the tourism tier structure โ don't exist on any live AICV surface. They were strategic conversations that never deployed.
Real product line: AICV Ready ($1k setup + $2.5k/yr) and AICV Reviewed founding ($2.5k setup + $5k/yr, 10 of 10 founding spots remaining), plus the AIO Diagnostic and Free Listed fallback. That's it. The audit corrected the strategist failure mode: past discussions treated as deployed product.
Code with Claude SF (May 6) anchored the pitch: Anthropic shipped 10 finance agent templates โ same skills plus connectors plus subagents pattern AICV is positioned to do regionally. Claude Code rate limits doubled. Managed Agents now in beta with optional partner branding, meaning AICV can ship un-branded-as-Claude.
