Ran real-time fact-checks on all claims: the Uber CTO quote, Meta's Claudeonomics leaderboard, the Goldman Sachs research note, Bryan Catanzaro's Axios quote. Fixed a misattribution — the accountability line was in the Tech Brew piece, not the Goldman note. BLOG_POST_TEMPLATE.md and JOURNAL_ENTRY_TEMPLATE.md both had stale "Execution workflow" sections describing a download-and-drop pattern that was replaced by the inline-HTML courier workflow. Updated both Claude Project files to match OPERATING_INSTRUCTIONS.md. Located and deleted orphan copies in ~/Downloads/. Locked the correct workflow in memory.
