aicv homepage rebuild — focal block, blueprint asset, tos modal

Replaced the AIO Tool section with a focal block, wired the get-agent-ready blueprint in WebP/PNG, and partially generalized the TOS modal. Six commits across two repos.

aio tool section removed

AIO Tool section removed from homepage and replaced with an img-cta-section placeholder using /gar-banner.svg. Nav and footer #aio links updated to /get-agent-ready/#diagnostic. Canonical AIO Tool instance is now /get-agent-ready/#diagnostic only.

blueprint asset wired

/gar-banner.svg swapped for /learn-to-get-agent-ready-blueprint.png (2172×724px, 1.1MB). width and height attributes added for CLS prevention. WebP variant added (71KB) — <picture> element wraps <img> with WebP preferred, PNG fallback.

focal block

Stats strip, "Updated" date repositioned above stats, and blueprint image merged into a single .focal-block section. CTAs updated: "Join the Network →" / "Read the Briefs →" / "Explore the Nodes →". Column 2 href changed from mailto: to /briefs/. Column 2 and 3 headlines and descriptions updated to ladder into new CTAs.

tos modal + claude.md

TOS modal title changed from "AIO Tool — Terms of Use" to "AICV Terms of Use." Three simple substitutions made ("this tool" → "this site" in two clauses, date updated). Five tool-specific clauses flagged for Sat's legal review — not rewritten. CLAUDE.md updated in aicv-playbook with TOS modal scope clarification rule.

AIO Tool grade on /get-agent-ready/ and Google Rich Results revalidation scheduled for Apr 28 — rate-limit budget consumed this session. Orphaned JS functions on homepage (WORKER_BASE, runAnalysis, etc.) retained pending separate cleanup decision.
