Three existing blog posts corrected: 📓 analysis → ✍️ analysis in entry-meta spans across openai-industrial-policy-coachella-valley.html, orchestrate-or-evaporate.html, and socially-durable-ai-coachella-valley.html. MEMORY.md and OPERATING_INSTRUCTIONS.md updated: "events" → "irl events" label corrected, "Pulsia" → "Polsia" typo fixed.
Commit c5220c7 — journal ordering and ops doc. journal/index.html corrected: guide-OS entry moved to top of April section, chatgpt-clinicians entry placed directly below. Within-day ordering now correct. OPERATING_INSTRUCTIONS.md updated with three additions: ## The Guide section with ROADMAP session-start protocol (read ROADMAP.md before any Guide work, every session, no exceptions), journal emoji convention locked with six icons defined and blog cross-references confirmed as ✍️ not 📓, within-day ordering rule documented.
