Six commits across two repos. aicoachellavalley.org got a full hygiene pass — OG/Twitter meta, robots.txt, llms.txt, FAQPage schema, six hardcoded dates refreshed. Content truth pass corrected the program list: AI Builder Workshops marked paused with Luma signup link, Community Build Sprints removed, Workforce Bridge Marketplace renamed to AI Talent & Job Board (planned). Partnership list corrected — UCR, CSUSB, DCF, two chambers, IE Journalism Hub. CoD removed. TEDx founder link added.
The D3 graph had been silently 404ing for two months. DOCS_URL was pointed at a retired GitHub raw file. Repointed to nodes.json, replaced the Mintlify nav tree-walker with a flat-array iterator. Graph is live again. Third program card added: "AICV Intelligence Layer — LIVE, Built for agents. Powered by humans." Valley Wide graph band expanded, city zones shifted to accommodate.
aicoachellavalley.com got FAQPage schema (6 Q&A), expanded WebSite description, and agent discovery infrastructure: _headers with Link headers site-wide, .well-known/api-catalog (RFC 9727 linkset), .well-known/mcp/server-card.json (SEP-2127 draft shape). AICV MCP server is now publicly discoverable via standard well-known path. Immediate fix pass after deploy: item → service-desc for JSON endpoints, MCP transport → service-meta, llms-full.txt restored, query_venues description corrected.
Four-tier agent-readiness framework locked as pitch asset. .com now at Tier 4. AICV vs SunshineFM Guide separation formalized: agent-ready now, SEO-ready always. Collective signal / Layer 2 vision defined — not a new platform, enhance build-static-json.cjs with bidirectional refs, relationship types, temporal structure.
