The filesystem audit in particular — reasoning across 19 directories, surfacing four distinct risk categories, and producing a structured artifact — felt more confident and less likely to lose the thread mid-session. The infrastructure restructure (four commits across three repos, consistent cross-references) held together without the kind of drift that used to require correction passes.
The context compaction at ~800k is worth noting. For 8-hour infrastructure sessions this is going to be the practical ceiling. Not a complaint — just a reality to plan around when scoping longer sessions.
