aicv: four briefs, coachella node, stats bar rebuild

four intelligence briefs shipped today: imperial county data center vote (the $10b ivcm lot merger approved 4-1 on april 7), claude cowork general availability, minor hotels ai platform rollout, and goldman sachs labor displacement analysis. the coachella data center brief was the anchor — paired with yesterday's city of coachella node build, the valley's data infrastructure story is now documented from two angles: the imperial county hyperscale play and the city of coachella's separate 450-acre campus proposal.

city of coachella economic development node built — the first coachella node in the aicv system. youngest city in the valley, 70% undeveloped land, median age 30, new energy authority formed with imperial irrigation district. six reciprocal links added, org graph updated. nav updated on the main site: briefs now sits between intelligence layer and reports in the primary navigation.

stats bar rebuilt from static to dynamic — four cells (nodes, briefs, reviews, report) now driven by json imports at build time. 65 nodes / 124 briefs / 2 reviews / 1 report. self-maintaining on every deploy, no manual counter updates needed. twitter worker fixed: wrong repo name on line 234 (com → homepage), silent 404 swallowed by try/catch — invisible until today. repo separation rule locked in claude.md and memory: all content in ~/projects/com/, org repo for graph lookup tables only.
