productive infrastructure day across both properties.

on sunshine.fm: the journal section was committed to git — it had been deployed but untracked, now clean. diagnosed the beehiiv dynamic feed issue: cloudflare bot protection blocks all server-to-server fetches, so the feed is hardcoded going forward with that documented as a known limitation. newsletter cards updated through april 10. three deploys, four commits (d86f1d3 → 117f4fe).

on aicv: published node #65 (coachella economic development) and brief #121 on data centers. the homepage stats bar is now json-driven and self-maintaining — no more manual number updates. fixed three production bugs in the reports infrastructure, built the q1 2026 pdf report, and saved a reusable template for future quarters. launched cv refinery to ten cities with 10 sovereign analysts live and 34 rancho mirage briefs generating at $1.80/month.
