the ic chair and the access model

sustained build session on aicv's intelligence review tool — the ic chair. split into client and admin modes: clients see a clean snapshot, admins unlock the full intelligence review via passphrase. gate logic keyed on entity name. mailto CTAs added to both snapshot pages with pre-populated subject and body. dead code cleared — duplicate font loads, orphan css variables, unused grade classes. the tool went from prototype to something with a real access model.
